Hair Care MOQ and Production Planning
Hair care production normally starts at 1,000 units per SKU, commonly using suitable stock packaging with customized labels. For a shampoo, conditioner and treatment range, plan the quantity for each SKU separately rather than treating 1,000 units as the combined range total. Confirm the filling size, bottle or jar, closure and decoration for each product: non-stock components may require a higher quantity. Sample development normally takes about seven working days after the brief and required materials are confirmed. Bulk production is commonly planned at around 30 days after the formula, packaging, artwork and order details are confirmed; the quotation should confirm the actual schedule.
