Who operates this website
Guangzhou Bio Cosmorigin Cosmetics Co., Ltd. operates www.biocosmorigin.com from Guangzhou, China. We use this website to explain our cosmetics and personal care OEM/ODM services and communicate with business buyers. For privacy questions, contact willchen@biocosmorigin.com.
Information you send us
If you use our contact form or contact us directly, you may provide your name, business contact details, company and project requirements. We use this information to respond, assess the requested manufacturing project and handle subsequent business communication. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential formulas through the public form.
Website form responses are handled through Jetpack/WordPress and notification email. Inquiry information can therefore exist in the website database and the receiving mailbox. We also maintain a separate local business follow-up spreadsheet. This website does not automatically send your inquiry to a public spreadsheet.
Website operation and service providers
Our hosting, delivery and security services process technical information to deliver pages and protect the website. This can include network addresses, requested pages, device/browser information and security logs. Our website uses Elementor Hosting, WordPress/Jetpack services provided by Automattic, and website delivery/security infrastructure. Our email service and hosting providers also support business communication and website operation.
These services and our business in China may process information outside your country. Provider information is available from Elementor, Automattic and, for optional Google Analytics, Google. Contact us if you need information about a transfer or a service used for your request. We do not promise that information stays exclusively in your country.
Optional analytics and your choice
When optional analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Jetpack Stats to understand page use and improve the website. You can reject optional analytics without losing access to our manufacturing information or contact form. Under our selected basic-consent setup, Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept statistics; declining statistics also prevents optional Jetpack Stats tracking. You can reopen the consent controls and change your choice.
Our initial Google Analytics setup measures page visits rather than automatically tracking form interactions, website searches, videos, downloads or outbound-link clicks. A page view is not a submitted or qualified inquiry. We do not intentionally include your inquiry text, name, email, phone number or confidential project details in Google Analytics events. Do not place personal or confidential information in website URLs.
Essential technologies support website delivery, security and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics may use identifiers/cookies after acceptance. The cookie notice describes the categories and provides a way to accept, reject or change your preference. This setup does not enable advertising personalization.
Retention and deletion decisions
We do not currently operate an automatic one-year deletion rule or promise a fixed inquiry-review schedule. Inquiry records may be kept while a project needs follow-up or while an order, business obligation or dispute requires them. We make manual, case-by-case clearing decisions when the business has ended and follow-up is no longer needed, when a person requests deletion, and after considering any order or dispute that requires retention. Clearing is occasional, not automatic.
Copies may exist in the website form store, notification email, our local follow-up spreadsheet and backups. Removing one live copy does not immediately remove every other copy or backup. A deletion request must therefore be assessed across the relevant locations. Backup rotation and provider retention settings are separate from inquiry-clearing decisions. Please contact us about your particular record rather than assuming it expires automatically after a year.
Privacy requests
Depending on the laws applicable to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for optional analytics. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority. A request can be subject to identity checks and obligations relating to orders, disputes or required business records. Email willchen@biocosmorigin.com without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Withdrawing analytics consent does not change how a manufacturing inquiry is handled.
Updates
We will revise this notice when our website practices change. The date above identifies this version. Please use the contact address if any part of the notice is unclear or if you need information specific to your inquiry.
